Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the automatic soap dispenser work with regular (non-foaming) hand soap?

A: Yes! For regular liquid soap, simply mix approximately 30ml (1 oz) of soap with water in the container and stir well to create a foaming mixture. If your soap already foams, pour it in directly — no dilution required.

Q: How long does the battery last on a full charge?

A: Once fully charged (which takes 2–3 hours via USB), the dispenser can deliver over 20,000 dispenses — making it ideal for heavy daily use without frequent recharging.

Q: Is the automatic soap dispenser waterproof and safe near sinks?

A: Yes. The unit carries an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning it is splash-resistant and safe for use near sinks. The liquid container is positioned at the bottom to keep the internal circuit board protected from moisture and soap.

Q: How do I refill the soap dispenser?

A: Refilling is simple — just twist open the bottom container, pour in your preferred foaming detergent or diluted soap mixture, and twist it closed again. No tools required.
