Assembly & Wiring Notes

Match battery voltages before assembly — cell voltage difference should be less than 0.1V.
Match internal resistance — difference should be less than 5 mΩ.
After spot welding the battery pack, verify voltage is normal before connecting the board.
Connect cells to the board in sequence: B0, B1, B2 … B.
Connect the B- lead from the protection board to the total negative (B-) of the battery pack — ensure a solid, reliable solder joint.
Connect the cable plug to the board socket only after all solder connections are complete.
Connect B+ and C- to the positive and negative terminals of the charging interface respectively.
Always observe anti-static precautions and keep the board free from moisture, conductive debris, and physical stress.
